Yes, there is a discounted options for long-term projects that are a minimum of 3 months. You can also choose between a one-time project fee or ongoing consultancy on a retainer basis, leveraging our experience to support your business long-term. Contact us for more information.
Absolutely not. All Invoices will reflect the work agreed upon before hand detailing any over run costs that are outside of my own control, which will also be stipulated before hand.
Some services are fixed prices for the duration of the project and therefor do not incur any extra.
Additional costs may arise for large projects, particularly if on-site visits or extra travel outside the contract scope is required.
Changes in work scope or hours may also lead to extra costs however, we always communicate prior this to clients and obtain authorisation before hand to proceed with any additional foreseen costs.
For all consulting services including audits a bank transfer is the preferred method of payment in USD or GDP.
Bank details will be on all Invoices.
*There are no currency fees for bank transfers in USD or GBP.
Marketni can also take payments via all major credit cards including AMEX.
Please note: A 1% charging fee will be applied to the invoice costs to cover additional card fees outside of Marketni's control.
