1. No Refunds

Once a digital product has been purchased and received, Marketni does not offer refunds. This is due to the immediate access and irreversible nature of digital products.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If there is a technical issue preventing access to the digital product that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
• If the product description does not accurately represent the delivered product.

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

All digital products purchased from Marketni are protected by copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal or your own business purposes. Reselling, sharing, or distributing the digital products without explicit permission from Marketni is prohibited.
